• Revolution Square: The plots in Revolution Square are available in outright purchase, installments and in monthly liquidity mode.
• Plot Sizes: 50/100/150/200/300/500/1000 Sq. Yards I Cost per Sq.Yard Rs. 1,000/-
• Purchasing options:
• You can purchase a plot in block A by making a single payment along with the registration charges and get it registered.
• You can purchase the plots in B, C and 0 blocks by making a single payment Rs.1,000/- per sq.yard and get a sale agreement. The block development period would be 2,3 and 5 years respectively. After the development period the customer can get the plot registered by paying the registration charges. If the customer is not satisfied with the developments, then the company shall refund the sale consideration along with the liquidated damages of Rs 310/ olks.520/- and Rs.1,000 /- per sq. yard respectively.
• ALL plots in monthly liquidity plans (2, 3 and 5 years period) will be allotted in Ex F and G blocks. Company will take the customers' property on lease and rent will be paid fts.11 /sq.yard/month for 2 years, /sq.yard/month for 3 years and Rs.15/sq.yard /month for 5 year plans respectively. At the end of the period by paying the specified betterment/development charges along with the registration charges, the customer can get the plot registered. In case the customer is not satisfied with the developments, then the company shall return the paid amount at the end of the period.
• You can purchase the plots in installments in K, L, M and N blocks over a period of 24,36,48 Et 60 months Rs. 1,200/, Rs.1,300/, Rs.1,400/- ft Rs.1,500/- per sq.yard and the block development period would be 2, 3, 4 and 5 years respectively. After paying the final installment along with the registration charges the customer can get the plot registered. if the customer is not satisfied with the developments, then the company shall refund the sale consideration along with the liquidated damages per sq.yarcl Rs.150/-1Rs.270/-, Rs.400/- and Rs.550/- respectively.
