The developer i.e Mangalmurti Developers reserves the rights to change ,revise or make modifications,additions,omissions or alterations in the scheme as a whole or any part thereof or any details there in ,at their sole discretion

Maintenance charges,Legal charges,GEB charges,Service tax,VAT etc shall be borne by the prospective acquirer

The Developers shall have right to:

Change/Revise the layout and detail of the project

Amalgamation of plots as well as division of plots

To add /remove contiguous /non contiguous piece of land in the scheme

Plot area includes pro-rata share of common plots,internal roads and other area kept open for all

And net plot area will be approximately 26% less than allotted plot area

Major-minor variations in the location and area of plots allotted to prospective acquirer are possible and it shall be acceptable to the prospective acquirer

Amount payable shall be according to the actual measured area along with pro-rata share in common areas

Prospective acquirer shall have to construct dwelling unit through developers as per designs given by the developers

The cost for the same shall be borne by the prospective acquirer

Payment towards construction of the dwelling unit shall be payable as per progress of the construction and demand raised by the developers
