Design and Structure


  • Architecturally designed, framed structure to withstand the natural calamities like earthquake.
  • 6" inches thick cement block work for external walls and 4" thick cement block work for all internal walls.
  • Plastering for internal and external walls with cement mortar in the ratio of 1 : 4.

Doors & Windows


  • Main Doors : Teak Wood frames with Paneled teak wood shutters provided with Godrej or equivalent lock, tower bolt and aldrop for additional locking arrangement.
  • Main Door will be polished with Melamine Coat.
  • Other Doors : Well treated and seasoned country wood frame with skin doors painted on both side and water proof doors for bathrooms.

Windows & Ventilators


  • Well treated and seasoned country wood frames and shutters with glass of 5 mm thick and MS Grills in uniform pattern.
  • Handles, Tower Bolt and Window Stays will be provided.

Flooring & Tiles


  • 2 x 2 Vitrified tiles for entire floor except Toilets.

General

  • Borewell : One / Two borewells will be provided with the adequate depth.
  • Sump (UG) : One UG Sump will be provided with the capacity of 15000 litres.
  • Overhead Tank : Adequate capacity as per standard comprising of two compartment with provision to draw form sump into one and from auxiliary source like Borewell and Shallow well.
  • 6 Passenger Lifts will be provided for all blocks.
